The site today

You can browse without creating an account. This site does not offer ride booking, payments, vehicle tracking, or an active provider directory. Interest forms are previews: registration is not open, and there is no connected registration database or mailing list.

Information you enter

The preview forms contain fields for an email address and email permission. The provider form also asks for a business name, contact name, city and state, service category, and an optional note.

Typing into a form keeps those details in your browser until you submit. If you press submit, the details are sent to our server for validation. With registration closed, the application returns an error and does not save the details to a registration database or forward them to an email service. Please do not include sensitive personal, financial, health, or passenger information.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information in your message and use them to respond to your inquiry or privacy request.

We will update this policy to describe storage, service providers, retention, and email opt-out arrangements before opening registration.

Technical information from visits

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information, and error or security events. This information supports website delivery, reliability, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

The website is hosted by Vercel. Cloudflare provides domain and DNS services. Their handling of infrastructure data is described in the Vercel Privacy Notice and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Cookies and tracking

The current AV Steward application does not set advertising cookies or include advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or embedded social feeds. Infrastructure providers may use essential security technologies to protect and deliver the site. Links to other websites do not load embedded social content here.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising through this website. Infrastructure providers process request information to operate and secure their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to investigate abuse or protect rights and safety.

AV Steward does not maintain saved registrations at this stage. Infrastructure logs are subject to the providers’ retention settings and policies; we do not promise a specific deletion period for those logs. Messages sent directly to us are retained as needed to respond, maintain relevant correspondence, and meet applicable obligations. Information submitted through the publisher’s separate website is handled there.

Your choices and requests

You may browse without submitting a form. To ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion of information relating to you, email info@fullyeqpd.com and identify your message as an “AV Steward privacy request.” Please provide enough detail to identify the request, but do not send identification documents or sensitive information unless requested through an appropriate channel. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and any necessary identity verification.

Children and external websites

This website is intended for a general adult business audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact the publisher. Publisher and social-media links lead to separate websites with their own privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

As AV Steward develops, this policy may change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes to how information is handled will be reflected here before new collection features are opened.
