What “verified” means here
Every verification label must name the detail checked and show its review date. A payment or a claimed profile alone never earns an AV capability badge.
Business identity verified
We check the business name and location against supporting records, confirm the representative’s authority, and confirm a business contact channel. The profile shows the scope and date.
Specific capabilities reviewed
Individual service claims need relevant documentation. A profile identifies what was reviewed and what remains business-reported or unknown. EV experience does not establish AV experience.
An AV-specific claim requires evidence naming the actual work and supported vehicles or systems. We do not grant blanket “AV approved,” safety certification or operator endorsement. Sensitive evidence is kept off the public profile.
Identity is reviewed again at annual renewal. Material changes can trigger an earlier review; expired or unsupported badges are removed or marked pending until rechecked. Capability review requirements and any separate work are agreed in advance.
From claim to published profile
- Introduce your business. Email your listing URL, business website, name and role. Use your business email if available; alternative proof can be discussed.
- Confirm the scope. We explain the evidence needed and the $29 annual plan before any payment. Don’t send identity documents or customer records in your first email.
- Review the details. We check identity and prepare your enhanced profile. You review the content before publication. Unsupported claims do not receive badges.
- Keep it useful. Send updates during the year. Renewal and payment terms are confirmed directly; this website does not enroll you in automatic billing.
Basic listings and corrections remain free
You do not need to pay to correct an error, report an inaccurate claim or request a review of your listing. The annual fee pays for the enhanced profile and review work. It does not purchase a favorable finding.
